Sunday morning vintage fashion shopping

Vintage Fashion Fair London

On a rainy Sunday morning Bev and I went to the Vintage Fashion Fair, Regents Park Road, Primrose Hill.

Some the sellers were still setting up their stalls when we arrived  - but you have to be early to find vintage treasures.

With vintage shopping there is no guarantee that you’ll always make a purchase and today I came away empty-handed.

I have to say though that one stall stretched the definition of vintage (vintage = 10 years or older). Some of her stuff was ‘vintage inspired’. I’ll give her that. But as an ardent shopper and novice fashionista :-) I clocked that some of her items were from last years Biba and Office shoes collections.

We spent about 2 hours browsing and admiring some of the items on offer and though we didn’t make any purchases, we did manage to pick up some vintage gossip, which I won’t repeat for fear of being sued for slander. LOLS. :-)

  1. Any particular reason you didn’t buy anything? Surely there had to be something there that caught your eye and your pocket book? :)

I would love to know what you think
