Last Sunday I had afternoon tea at the Rose Lounge at the Balcon with Mel.
I’ve had afternoon tea at a few places in London and the Balcon is the 1st I’ve been to this year.
It’s not just the tea that gets me, it’s the ritual of tea making, the scones, the delicate sandwiches, the pastries.
The whole experience just tickles me.
Some of my best friends are ducks. Some of my best meals, too.
